A Perfect Fit

Cedartree Hotel wanted a developer able to envision their objective from it’s formative phase, and partner with them to bring it to life. This is their first US hotel, so it was essential to get it right. Our deep experience with all aspects of building in the Portland metro area allowed us to assemble just the right team of consultants to deliver the vision; guiding the project from land and design development, all the way through construction.

Kindness in the Details

The new hotel will feature a ‘kindness in the details’ approach rooted in Japanese hospitality and culture. Each space throughout the property will feature unique Japanese style amenities. Throughout the building lighting, wall coverings, wood paneling, and other finishes have been selected to keep with traditional Japanese style.  The building will also feature unique dining area, sake bar, Sado (tea), and Aikido (conference/event) rooms.

3D Modeling Approach

Our seasoned team of design/build trade partners is the perfect match to take on the intricate mechanical, electrical, and plumbing logistics required for this ambitious building.  Using 3D modeling we’re working to ensure our rigorous design specifications will perform perfectly prior to construction.
