It was time to modernize operations at Summit Body and Equipment, so they set their sights on a new headquarters in Ridgefield, Washington. Based on their vision, we developed the drawings and design for the site and put a well-rounded team of professionals together, including the architect and building engineer. One of the major challenges was the permit process with the county. The required permit was uncommon for the area. However, thanks to our team’s experience, we expertly navigated the process and broke ground in December 2022. Loan rate hikes impacted progress, causing some delays, nonetheless we persevered with our client to find solutions and keep the project moving forward. The company hopes the facility will be a new standard for the industry.
